Instrument used to determine the cut resistance of Heavy Duty safety gloves.
TDM-100 was developed to allow testing a very large range of materials, from leathers/cloths with little resistance to very resistant technical materials. The results acquired with TDM-100 are not influenced by the thickness of the sample or the sense of displacement of the blade because the machine was conceived for a constant horizontal speed of the blade and a constant perpendicular force during all movement.
